We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to be responsible for customer deliverables for a key business program.  At CARFAX, we believe in the power of teamwork and value in-person interactions so that we can collaborate and thrive together. This position will require 3 days a week in our London office subject to change with future business needs.

What you'll be doing:   

  • Utilize our online training guide to accurately capture specific data for customer submission packets
  • Efficiently link documents to secured file folders
  • Accurately enter and/or retrieve information from various computer systems and/or programs in a timely manner.
  • Communicate system issues with management
  • Work on multiple cases and queues within our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Provide timely support to customers requesting assistance related to their use of CARFAX products and services.
  • Work cross functionally within the team and with departments throughout CARFAX
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

What we're looking for:   

  • Education: High School diploma
  • Proficiency in commonly used office technologies (e.g., MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple computer systems quickly and accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • A solution-oriented attitude
  • Sense of urgency and passionate about customer service and satisfaction
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-oriented environment
  • Salesforce experience a plus
