Job Type: 1-Year Contract, with potential for permanent full-time employment
Wage: $30.00 - $40.00/hour, any hours worked over 40 in a week are paid at 1.5 times your regular hourly rate, 3% company matching RRSP

About the Role
As the Internal Recruiter at BOS Innovations, you will be pivotal to building our team and shaping the candidate experience. From sourcing top talent to guiding new hires through a smooth onboarding process, your efforts will directly influence our company’s growth and culture. You’ll play a hands-on role in identifying and engaging high-potential candidates, coordinating the recruitment lifecycle, and supporting integration across BOS Canada and BOS LLC in Kentucky. Your expertise in talent acquisition and commitment to professionalism will ensure hiring managers, candidates, and new employees receive consistent, timely, and positive support. In this vital role, you’ll maintain structured candidate pipelines, benchmark compensation, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & Maintain Talent Pipelines: Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with high-potential candidates for both current and future hiring needs. Keep talent pools organized within the ATS to ensure quick access to qualified candidates when roles open.
- Coordinate Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely processes.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing professional communication, timely updates, and guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
- Facilitate Onboarding & Integration: Prepare and deliver offer letters and onboarding packages, collaborate with internal teams to ensure new hires have the resources they need, and support a seamless integration into the BOS culture.
- Optimize Recruitment Operations: Conduct compensation benchmarking, participate in wage surveys, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation. Track and report on key metrics such as Days to Start, Offer Acceptance, and Early Departure Rate, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
- Support Employer Branding & HR Initiatives: Partner with Marketing to strengthen BOS’s presence as an employer of choice and assist the HR team with broader initiatives and programs as required.

Requirements
About You
You are an organized and resourceful recruitment professional with more than 5 years of full-cycle experience and a strong background in manufacturing recruitment, particularly in engineering and skilled trades. Thriving in fast-paced environments, you bring a proactive approach and attention to detail that ensures a smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
You take pride in building meaningful connections, communicating clearly, and supporting both candidates and hiring managers at every stage of the process. You excel at developing pipelines for highly technical roles and have a knack for uncovering true role requirements by asking thoughtful, targeted questions.
Adaptable and solutions-focused, you understand that bringing the right people on board is critical to BOS’s growth and success. Experience recruiting for industrial automation within the advanced manufacturing sector is considered a strong asset.
