The Role
The Sales Enablement Specialist plays a key role in supporting the success of our Growth team across both retail sales and enterprise accounts. This position ensures the sales team has the tools, processes, and insights they need to perform at their best, while also safeguarding data accuracy and ensuring smooth deal execution. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this role acts as a central resource between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience - helping streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and drive customer-focused outcomes. With a strong grasp of our CRM (HubSpot), customer records, and sales processes, the Sales Enablement Specialist helps build the foundation for scalable growth while keeping the customer experience at the forefront.
Duties
Sales Support & Deal Execution
- Partner with retail and enterprise sales teams to ensure accurate contracts, billing alignment, and account maintenance.
- Maintain accurate client records and oversee retention tracking.
- Support both high-volume retail transactions and complex enterprise deals.
Sales Enablement
- Develop and refine sales processes that help the team operate more effectively and efficiently.
- Assist with onboarding of new sales team members and maintain playbooks, resources, and tools.
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure consistent CRM adoption and best practices.
- Reporting, insights and data glow
- Build and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
- Translate data into actionable insights to improve pipeline health, forecasting, and customer retention.
- Partner with Customer Experience and other departments to ensure sales and customer data flows seamlessly across the organization, helping refine and enhance our customer success model.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience to align processes and customer initiatives.
- Participate in departmental planning, contributing insights from both retail and enterprise perspectives.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements.
- Leverage knowledge of sales cycles to enhance scalability and customer experience.
- Perform other duties, projects, or initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Support, Enablement, Customer Success, or related roles or other relevant experience.
- Experience using a CRM system is a requirement. HubSpot preferred.
- Strong analytical and data skills; able to turn reporting into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated with the ability to build strong relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Team-player with the ability to also work well independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Forms and other reporting tools .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills..
Performance Package
Salary: $50,000-$60,000/year
The salary range listed is for a Canadian employee. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to salary, eligible AutoVerify employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
