Marketing, Communications and Media Assistant

The Marketing, Communications & Media Assistant supports the overall operations of the Marketing Communications team through the coordination of campaign management within the organization, including project management, analytics monitoring and outreach with external partners. The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Director, Marketing Communications

 

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 1 – 2 years’ experience in communications, marketing and/or public relations in an operations function preferred
  • Demonstrated competency with technology and computer/software skills (i.e. Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Planner) and knowledge of SharePoint, with a comfort switching between Mac & PC environment
  • Experience with project management and monitoring, including work with external vendors and service providers
  • Knowledge of, and comfort with, French translation process, an asset
  • Bilingualism (English and French) an asset

Expected hiring range: $42,000.00-$46,000.00. Placement in the range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity and candidate experience, skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
